The lights, the cameras, the pressure to answer questions and figure out puzzles with a live studio audience watching...it can be pretty intimidating. Thankfully, this type of environment has produced some of the funniest FAILS the Internet has ever seen. There have been some classic face-palm moments over the years from contestants on the likes of "Jeopardy," "Wheel Of Fortune," "Family Feud," and more. Here are some of our favorites.
