Man Eats Rommate’s Dog Where is PETA? A drug-fuelled rampage led a man to attack several people and chase around a neighbour while growling like an animal – before he brutally killed and ate a dog. Cops arrived at a home in Waco, Texas, on June 14 after a man called 911 to report a man living in his house that was 'going crazy.' Police said that Michael Terron Daniel told his housemates that he was 'on a bad trip' after taking the synthetic drug K-2 and began attacking them. Outside the home, Daniel allegedly assaulted another man who lived at the home. Sgt W. Patrick Swanton of the Waco Police Department told MailOnline that when a neighbour tried to intervene, Daniel got down on his hands and knees and 'began barking and growling like a dog.' He then chased the neighbour, who ran into his house.

Quincy Jones Criticizes Diddy Music mogul Quincy Jones recently took to a Spotify panel and made it clear that he is not impressed with Diddy’s below average knowledge in the music making department. He basically says Diddy should keep his day job…or all 5 of them. Quincy Jones has criticized P Diddy for concentrating on business more than music. The producer made a dig at the rapper by claiming the star “wouldn’t know a B-flat” if it hit him and insinuated that he is more of a businessman than a musician. “P Diddy has a doctorate in marketing… He’s got clothes companies and Ciroc vodka,” Jones is quoted by The Wrap as saying. The composer made the comment after an audience questioned him about the importance of “learning your craft” at the launch of a new Spotify app in the US. The musician has worked with many stars during his career including Michael Jackson, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra and Donna Summer.

Beyonce's little sis enjoyed her big 2-6 at the Hackney Festival in London, where Jay-Z, Bey and Co. had surprises in store for her. Beyonce treated Solange to a helicopter ride, which Solange posted photos of on Twitter. So sweet! The 'Love on Top' singer seems to have a thing for aviation — she got Hov a plane for Father's Day! Bey wasn't the only one giving Solange b-day love, either. Proud brother-in-law Jay-Z gave Solange a sweet surprise. At midnight following his performance at the Hackney Festival, Jigga, Bey, Kanye West, Rihanna and more pals began to sing 'Happy Birthday' to Solange, then presented her with a cake and champagne. A source revealed, "It was really sweet. Solange hadn't even noticed that it had turned 12 a.m. when Jay got everybody singing together. She was really touched." So adorbs! Can we be adopted into this family? The birthday celebration was a pleasant way to end a somewhat dramatic day. Earlier in the evening, Beyonce was upset when a concertgoer insulted her while she was moshing to Jay-Z and West's performance. A source said, "Whatever was said, it really upset Beyoncé. Jay-Z's bodyguards weren't going to have any of it. They waded in and there was a massive ruckus. It got pretty ugly and Beyoncé was whisked away so she wouldn't get caught in the middle of it."

Khloe had her dying laughing,” a source tells Us Weekly. “It meant so much because she loves Oprah!” The talk show mogul was so enamored with the clan that she agreed to appear on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, says the source, “Oprah signed the release!” And Winfrey’s rep confirmed to Us that she will appear on the E! show. During her interview with Kim, Winfrey was floored by the reality star’s strength after her public split with Kris Humphries after 72 days of marriage. “I’ve obviously made plenty of mistakes in my lifetime, but I’m not the type to sit and beat myself up over it,” Kim said. “If a real lesson was learned, I’m so okay with having experienced that.” “That is so perfect I could weep,” replied Winfrey.

We don’t think the First Amendment was meant for this kind of property protection… New Jersey Man Threatens To Shoot Neighbor Over Farts Odor in the court. A 72-year-old New Jersey man has been charged with threatening to shoot his neighbor for farting in front of his home. Instead of waving off Monday night's flatulence attack, Daniel Collins of Teaneck pulled a .32-caliber revolver and threatened to "put a hole" in his gassy neighbor's head, cops said. The stink apparently stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the two men over noise, police told The Record of North Jersey. Collins told cops his 47-year-old neighbor cut the cheese so loudly in his vestibule he heard it inside his apartment before he smelled it. Collins was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm and making terroristic threats. He was released without bail.

Wilmington Men Are First Black Marines To Be Honored With Congressional Gold Medal A handful of retired Marines from Wilmington will be honored in Washington, DC, tomorrow with the Congressional Gold Medal. The men being recognized by President Obama are the first ever African-American Marines. The Montford Point Marine camp was established at Camp Lejuene nearly 70 years ago. The camp was home to the first group of African-American Marines, including James Wilson, who lives in Wilmington. “When I first joined the Marines I never thought I’d be making history or anything like that,” Wilson said. “I was just joining to do something for my country and fight for my country.” Wilson, 82, started his military career at then segregated Montford Point. The retired Marine says he experienced a fair share of racism in his early years of service. “We had a POC (Point of Contact, a private), he was a white guy, and he was telling the sergeant what he wanted us to do, and I couldn’t understand that,” Wilson said. At that point in time an African-American sergeant could not give orders to a white private. Things would change after Wilson’s service in Korea. He says he’s proud to be part of a group that broke down military racial barriers. “If I had to do it again, I would do it,” he said. “I would join the Marine Corps and go back and do it again.” Wednesday, Wilson, along with the other Montford Pointers, will receive the highest civilian award in the United States. The Congressional Gold Medal is awarded only to those who perform an outstanding act of service to the security, prosperity and national interest of the country. “I might put that gold medal around my neck and run a mile,” Wilson said. “I’ll be so happy.” There will be a reception Saturday at the Montford Point Museum at Camp Lejeune honoring those recipients.

New York Democrats Defeat Charles Barron This is the same guy that shady David Duke was backing: New York state Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries won the Democratic primary to replace retiring Rep. Ed Towns, D-N.Y., on Tuesday. This hands a victory to the New York Democratic establishment. Democrats had scrambled to block controversial New York City Councilman Charles Barron from winning the nomination. Barron, a former Black Panther, was known for a wide range of polarizing statements. He once described Israel as "the world's greatest terrorist." At a rally for slave reparations, Barron declared "I want to go up to the closest white person and say, 'You can’t understand this, it’s a black thing’ and then slap him, just for my mental health.” But Barron's campaign received a boost after Towns endorsed him in a move that shocked the political world. Barron also won an endorsement from a local AFSCME affiliate that further raised his candidate profile. Meanwhile, members of the New York Democratic congressional delegation, including Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand and Chuck Schumer as well as Reps. Jerrold Nadler and Steve Israel, endorsed Jeffries. Israel, who chairs the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, said Barron has "an unfortunate history of comments that are anti-Semitic and anti-gay." Most handicappers the day of the primary expected Jeffries to win. But Barron still posed a significant threat to Jeffries's campaign considering the primary's low turnout and the unexpected endorsements. Jeffries is expected to easily win the heavily Democratic central Brooklyn district in the November general election.
