Rihanna tracked down Chris Brown in a nightclub yet again on Monday night. Brown was partying at Meatpacking District hot spot Catch Roof with friends after hosting a bash for his Dum English collaboration with artist Ron English in SoHo. Sources tell us Brown got word that Rihanna was on her way to Catch, but he left with his friends and went to Avenue in Chelsea. But half an hour later, Rihanna showed up at Avenue with a crew of friends including Aziz Ansari, and sat at a separate booth. Spies tell us she and Brown looked as if they were texting each other from the tables — both were looking down at their phones and smiling. The cat-and-mouse game between the singers leaves us to believe Brown isn't too attached to his current squeeze, model Karrueche Tran. But Brown's rep says they're still together, telling us: "Chris is very happy in his relationship with Karrueche." Tran came to support Brown at the Dum English event at the Opera Gallery earlier in the night. Rihanna's rep didn't comment. SMH. As we previously reported, Beyoncé recently won a big role in an upcoming animated film called “Epic”. Beyoncé Confirms Epic Role Well the Queen of the stage took to her blog to discuss becoming an onscreen Queen. In a post entitled “Meet Queen Tara”: Queen B has been cast as the voice of Queen Tara in the upcoming 3-D CG Action-adventure comedy “EPIC”, from 20th Century Fox Animation & Blue Sky Studios. The film about an ongoing battle between the forces of good and evil set deep in the forest, will be released in 2013. Hopefully this one is even better than Avatar! Source

Georgia Woman With Flesh-Eating Infection May Leave ICU Soon A Georgia woman battling a flesh-eating disease is slowly improving and her father said Tuesday she should be out of intensive care soon. Doctors Hospital of Augusta said Aimee Copeland’s condition has changed from critical to serious. Serious condition indicates a patient is still acutely ill and has unstable vital signs. The 24-year-old graduate student developed necrotizing fasciitis after cutting her leg in a fall May 1 from a homemade zip line. Her left leg, other foot and both hands have been amputated. Her father, Andy Copeland, said doctors believe his daughter should be out of intensive care and ready to move into the hospital’s rehabilitation clinic in two or three weeks. “She’s going to have to learn to use prosthetic limbs,” he said. “But the critical-care phase, I believe, has come to an end.” He said one doctor who had expected her to spend months in intensive care is “blown away by her rate of progress.” Andy Copeland said his daughter has been talking with her doctors about using meditation and other holistic techniques to manage her pain instead of drugs. He said it’s a topic she had been researching for her master’s thesis. “She went through one of the dressing changes without any kind of pain medication at all the other day,” he said. “It’s incredible. Wealthy New Jersey County Faced With Foodstamp Epidemic Via CNN Since the recession, persistent unemployment has left middle-class life out of reach for millions of Americans. But few residents of Morris County, N.J., could have ever imagined they would end up on government assistance. Morris County is known for its wealth and million-dollar homes. Median household income there is over $91,000. Yet, the number of people receiving food stamps in the area has nearly tripled in the past five years. Phyllis Tonnesen is on the front lines of the epidemic. She works for the Department of Human Services Office of Temporary Assistance. In her 27 years at the agency, she says this is the worst she’s ever seen it. The food stamp caseload has increased 240% since the beginning of the recession.
