For those of you unfamiliar with The Weiner’s Circle in Chicago, it is a legendary hot dog stand that is famous for treating it’s (often drunken) customers with total disrespect and hostility. People actually go to this spot in hopes of having a heated verbal exchange with one of the employees, it’s all part of the show, for those that actually KNOW what going on.
Last week, talk show host Conan O’Brien sent prissy “30 Rock” actor Jack McBrayer to the rowdy restaurant with no knowledge of how things go down in the Windy City eatery, and hilarity ensues.

Bath Salt Attack Woman Bites Man’s Arm And Acts Like Dog After
These new synthetic drugs are just plain crazy:
Bath Salts are on the radar for police across the country. Now, a Kansas City woman’s bizarre attack has left local police wondering if she was taking the same kind of drug as the man who bit into another man’s face in Miami, FL.
In Miami earlier this month, police said a man was on the synthetic drug when he brutally attacked a homeless man. Police said the suspect wouldn’t stop when they approached, so they shot and killed him. The victim did survive, but is undergoing some serious reconstructive surgeries.
Now police are explaining just why they think the same drug could be involved in the two cases.
One of that woman’s neighbors told police she bit him on the arm, then got down on all fours and started digging in the dirt. It’s one of several incidents that have police doing more research about all the new synthetic narcotics on the market.
“I’ve seen her do some crazy stuff, but not that,” Charles McBride said.
McBride watched as police approached the woman at apartments near 61st Street and Prospect Avenue.
“I saw her on the ground, like she was digging in the ground, like a dog would. And they tried to grab her and then she started kicking back at them,” McBride said.
According to the police report, “her left leg was mule-kicking and she had what appeared to be dirt in her mouth.”
“They may respond to you in a way that just absolutely makes no sense,” Detective Chris Onik with the Kansas City Police Department said of people on the new synthetic drug.
Onik said people on some synthetics exhibit behaviors similar to those high on PCP.
“It does make it difficult when they’re aggressive and combative towards you and then they’re non-responsive and delusional and they may be hallucinating,” Onik said.
According to the police report, the officer who responded to last week’s report on Prospect Avenue first thought the woman was “under the influence of PCP,” then noted the woman’s eyes were “dilated instead of constricted as they are…(with)…PCP,” which had him speculate that Bath Salts might be to blame.
Whether they actually were isn’t known at this time. Neighbors said the woman acted strangely all the time.
“Every time I’ve met her, she’s been off the chain, way off the chain. Everything she says and everything she does,” McBride said.
But the behavior has come to police enough as of late, that they’re taking action.
“We’re currently putting together a training block to cover the generic types, the basic things you’re going to see, going over behavior, how that stuff is going to impact a person, what to look for, if you do find it, what to do with it,” Onik said.
Part of the training will advise officers to bring whatever they find on the person to the hospital with that person, even if it’s not identifiable as a drug. That way doctors can better treat the person and police can start tracking what’s going on with the stuff.
As for the woman involved in the incident, her landlord said she hasn’t returned home and believes she may still be in the hospital or in a mental health facility.
A North Georgia man is charged with murder after authorities say he put vodka in his 4-month-old’s baby bottle, leading to her death — an incident that his public defender says was an accident. The infant girl died June 8, 2011, after she drank the vodka. Just over a year later, a DeKalb County grand jury indicted her father, Keith Antonine Furlow, on felony murder and second-degree cruelty to children, according to the court document filed Thursday.
“We’re at a point where we are just pursuing justice for this infant little girl,” District Attorney Robert James told HLN’s Nancy Grace on Friday. James earlier told CNN Atlanta affiliate WSB that authorities don’t see any way the baby could have consumed the vodka, unless it was given to her by the now 20-year-old Furlow. “Obviously, at that age, a child isn’t old enough to get up and go pick up a bottle herself. Children at four months old are fed whatever it is they consume,” the district attorney said. The district attorney explained Friday that Furlow is being charged with felony murder because he is accused of killing his daughter while committing child cruelty. The latter charge states that Furlow, “with criminal negligence, caused … cruel and excessive physical pain by feeding a four month old an alcoholic beverage,” according to the indictment.

Silent March Held In NYC To End Police “Stop-And-Frisk” Tactics Against Blacks
A silent march by thousands of people in New York City protesting police “stop-and-frisk” tactics on Sunday was punctuated by an explosion of loud voices. “We’ve got to fight back, we can’t be silent!” a group of activists shouted as they passed the home of Mayor Michael Bloomberg, just off Fifth Avenue. But the rest of the quiet, slow procession from Harlem down the avenue was interrupted only by the tapping of feet on the pavement and birds chirping in trees along Central Park. Nearly 300 civil rights groups were represented in the 30-block walk, from elected officials and labor union members to New York residents angry about how they’re being treated when they walk the streets.
Critics say the NYPD’s practice of stopping, questioning and searching people who police consider suspicious is illegal and humiliating to hundreds of thousands of law-abiding blacks and Hispanics. Last year, the NYPD stopped close to 700,000 people, up from more than 90,000 a decade ago. Bloomberg’s town house on East 79th Street was the proclaimed destination of the Sunday march. The home and sidewalk in front were blocked off by police barricades, and officers would not say whether the mayor was home.
As the march wound down, with a lineup of buses waiting to take protesters away, tensions between police and protesters suddenly escalated into clashes. The Rev. Al Sharpton and his National Action Network, the NAACP and Local 1199 of the SEIU union were the leading organizers of Sunday’s march. Resting on a bench while others walked, Samantha Tailor, a mother of two from the Bronx, said her 16-year-old son came home from school “very upset” last month after he and two friends were stopped on their way to classes that morning. That was the second time for her son in recent months, she said. “Thank God, he had his ID,” Tailor said. “He wasn’t doing anything wrong, just walking to school.” And when officers pushed the three against a wall and went through their pockets, “he told me he was very quiet, very humble.” Tailor said she had taught him what to do if he were stopped.
The practice of silent marches dates to 1917, when the NAACP led a protest through New York against lynchings and segregation in the U.S. “We are black, white, Asian, LGBT, straight, Jewish, Muslim and Christian,” New York City Council member Jumaane Williams said before Sunday’s march began, standing alongside American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten. “Mayor Bloomberg has been our great uniter. We’ve been screaming loudly, and he hasn’t heard us, but hopefully he’ll hear the deafening silence.”
Last year, the NYPD stopped more than 685,000 people, mostly black and Hispanic young men — up from about 97,000 a decade earlier, according to the New York Civil Liberties Union, which also was to join the march. About half of those stopped are frisked, and about 10 percent are arrested. “In most cities, when you ask who gets beaten up by the cops, the answer comes back: black people, people of color, and the gay community,” Benjamin Jealous, head of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, said on MSNBC.
Jealous said that “the notion that this make us safer really defies logic,” noting that other large cities have cut their crime rate without resorting to stop-and-frisk methods. Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly defend the policy, saying the program keeps guns off New York streets and helps stop crime before it happens.

Two close friends of Rodney King think his fiancée isn’t telling the truth about what happened leading up to his death … and they’ve voiced their suspicions to cops, TMZ has learned.
As TMZ first reported, King’s fiancee, Cynthia Kelley, says she was awakened by the sound of King banging on the window of their home just after 5:00 AM on Sunday … and then heard him fall in the pool.
But sources close to King tell TMZ they heard Kelley tell the story several times to friends … only the story changed a little bit each time and it seemed to them that she was lying about something.
We’re told two of Kelley’s friends who spoke with her in the hours following King’s death have gone to police and spoke to a detective. Our source says the detective took down their story and their information and said he would be in touch.
Rialto PD say so far they have discovered no signs of foul play, but they are conducting a drowning investigation and will perform an autopsy at some point.

Returning to Paris for Monday’s Watch the Throne Tour encore performance, West, 35, stepped out with Kardashian, 31, on Father’s Day. The couple, who are staying at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, enjoyed a late brunch date at chic eatery L’Avenue on Avenue Montaigne before capping off their meal on a sweet note: ice cream cones from Häagen-Dazs.
After making a pit stop at a luxury car dealership, West, sporting a black hoodie, and Kardashian, rocking a curve-hugging green dress and mid-calf boots, emerged in a new ride: a white convertible Lamborghini.
But their hot wheels didn’t get them too far. It took the couple, who started dating in April, about an hour to drive less than three miles from Place de la Madeleine to the Eiffel Tower.
“Basically, the car is like a jet airplane,” one observer tells PEOPLE, “but they didn’t plan on Paris traffic on a Sunday afternoon.”
Adds another observer: “It was actually kind of funny. I mean, how often do you see anyone behind the wheel of a Lamborghini looking kind of bored?”
But there was an upside to the traffic – at least for fellow drivers sharing the road.
“There were a lot of people sitting in cars alongside them during their drive,” an observer adds. “Every so often, they’d be in traffic and someone in a car next to them would recognize [West] and go, ‘Oh, whoa! Kanye! So Cool!’ ”
